This Easter weekend 2018 closes an exceptional season for the Eagles of Besançon Doubs Hockey Club. His women's team wins the French Senior Elite Ice Hockey Championship. After a colorful regular season where the girls have won all their matches and are leaders of the Pool South, they win after three wins in three games played in the final square against respectively Chamonix Amiens and Tours, the coveted status of French Champions .

The first BDHC team: Senior women's team that plays in the French Elite Championship.

This team has prestigious players at the international level, such as its captain Sophie LECLERC (from the club bisontin) or Jeanne MORIN. They have to their credit a multitude of selections in France team, medaled several times in the World Championship and participated together in the qualifying tournament of the Olympic Games within the Senior Team of France. This team brings together players from all over the eastern half of France.

For her first season, our women's team has created a surprise. She is undefeated of the season and won the title of Champion of France, ending the supremacy of Parisian clubs.

Congratulations to these girls who were able to face obstacles without shuddering to reach the top step of the podium. Congratulations to all those close to us, the volunteers, our partners and all the contributors who contributed to this superb victory.
